When will out of stock items become available again?Items appearing as out of stock may or may not become available for purchase again - it is in our fickle nature! Part of our store ethos is to constantly deliver variety, seasonality, and change. We encourage you to make purchases while items are available! For more popular items, we typically restock within 1-2 weeks, but this is not a guaranteed timeline. Do you take international orders?Unfortunately we currently do not accept international orders for normal website purchases. If you are a wholesaler not located in the United States, please inquire here.

Once I have placed an order, when will it be shipped?Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase, with the exception of orders placed on Fridays and Saturdays. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?Fickle Fettle accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and Apple Pay. For more information about payments, please visit our Payment page.

How should I care for my Fickle Fettle candle(s)?Trim the wick to 1/4 “ before each use. Keep candles free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Do not burn candles for more than two hours at a time. Stop use when only ¼” of wax remains. Always burn within sight on a level surface away from flammable objects. Do not move a candle once lit, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Please keep out of reach from children and pets. Some of our candles have a very dynamic melt. Use a wide or rimmed fire-resistant base to contain wax flow.

Can I return item(s) from my order?We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are incorrect, damaged, or that you are not fully satisfied with. See our Shipping & Returns page for more detailed return policy and directions on how to start a return.
