SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Currently we offer Standard (3-8 days estimated delivery) and Expedited (2-3 days estimated delivery) shipping options. These costs are shown and calculated automatically at checkout based on your provided shipping address. We work with USPS, FedEx & UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your order, and always provide the lowest rate possible out of the services we engage with those carriers. If you are placing an order during the holiday season, please allow for potential delays in transit times. We do not accommodate pickup requests - all orders will be shipped to your delivery address.

We process and send orders Monday to Friday (except holidays) - weekend orders will be fulfilled on Mondays. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2-3 business day of purchase, with the exception of orders placed on Saturdays. During busy times - like the holiday season - processing times can extend up to an additional 2-3 business days. For Wholesale and bulk specialty orders, we will reach out to you with an estimated lead time. 

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you upon order fulfillment, which includes tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, or if you have your tracking information but your order has not arrived within 2-3 days of the projected delivery date, please contact us at info@ficklefettle.com.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS​

Unfortunately we do not currently take international orders for normal website purchases. If you are overseas and interested in our brand, we invite you to follow us on our socials to stay up-to-date! Our team and capabilities are always evolving, and we have our eyes on providing international shipping as soon as possible.

DISCLAIMERS

Fickle Fettle remains the owner of the products you order until you have paid for your order in full. We will not fulfill your order until it is paid in full. Although we take a lot of care in packaging your items prior to shipment, these items are ultimately sent to you at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery. Items damaged during transit can be returned according to our policy below. If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, we are not held responsible.


RETURNS

Our return policy below applies to all items purchased from ficklefettle.com:

We are happy to accommodate returns for items that are incorrect, damaged, or that you are not fully satisfied with. These items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original order payment method, less the original shipping cost. Return requests made after this time period will not be accepted. Used items and/or final sale items cannot be returned. We aim to process return requests within 1-2 business days of inquiry. Please note that once a return request is accepted, refunds may take up to 2-3 weeks to process and appear on your statement due to provider processing times. If for some reason you do not receive the refunded amount within that time frame, please contact us at info@ficklefettle.com.

START A RETURN:

Please review the terms above and make sure that your order qualifies. If it does, please contact us here, or send us an email at info@ficklefettle.com. Be sure to indicate your name, order number, the items you’d like to return, and a reason for why you are requesting a return (photos are encouraged!). We will get back to you as soon as possible within 1-2 business days to confirm your return and provide you with a paid return shipping label. Please note Fickle Fettle reserves the right to reject any returns at our own discretion based on the information provided in your return request.

Once you are provided a return label, please securely pack the items you are returning back in the original shipping box, print out the label, affix it to the outside of the box over the original shipping label, and then drop off the box at the carrier location nearest to you. We will aim to use the same carrier that delivered your original package to perform the return service and you can find the return service carrier name on the return label.
